Lee Armstrong appeared in Coronation Street in May and June 2016 as Jordan, a friend who proved to be a bad influence on Alex Warner.
He trained at the East 15 Acting School and has also appeared in Inspector George Gently, Midsomer Murders, Doctors, Endeavour, Cobra, Call the Midwife and The Nevers. On film, he has appeared in Dunkirk, The Fence and the shorts Fine by Me and Cutting. He has written and directed two of his own short films - On Call and Liverpool Ferry and also directed an episode of the series BBC Laugh Lessons.
Stage roles include parts in Beared, Events While Guarding the Bofors Gun, Brilliant Adventures, Talk Show, War Horse (at the National Theatre) and The Odyssey.
