Laurence Kennedy (born 27th April 1963 in Harrogate, died 24th October 2018) appeared on Coronation Street between April and May 1998 as Doctor Cole, who attended Jim McDonald after falling from scaffolding at a flat conversion site.
Graduating from the Central School of Speech and Drama (BA Hons Acting) in 1987, his other credits include roles in Executive Stress, French Fields, Lovejoy, Holby City, Red Cap, EastEnders, Waterloo Road, The Life and Adventures of Nick Nickleby, The Hour, The Musketeers and the films Wimbledon, The Imitation Game, Deny Everything and The Honourable Rebel.
On stage he has appeared in productions of As You Like It, An Ideal Husband, Blithe Spirit, Pericles, Volpone, Martin Chuzzlewit, Habeus Corpus, Way Upstream, Alphabetical Order, The Tin Horizon, Royal Baccarat Scandal, An Inspector Calls, The Alchemist and Economy of Thought.
