Kelly Allen (born 11th September 1979 in Wigan) appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly in January 2018 as Lulu Lockett, manager of strip club Tassels where Bethany Platt was briefly employed; and she returned to the programme as Laura Neelan, the unsuspecting widow of murdered loan shark Rick Neelan, making intermittent appearances between April 2020 and April 2022.
A former member of Willpower Youth Theatre (with Georgia Taylor), she trained at the Manchester School of Theatre.
Her other credits include roles in Children's Ward, Always and Everyone, Cutting It, Emmerdale and COBRA, along with a voice contribution in the 2022 film Blank.
