Kate Hampson appeared in Coronation Street in February 2020 as Dr Lee who looked after Shona Platt at the Leeds rehabilitation centre where she was recovering from a coma.
She has also appeared in The Cops, At Home With The Braithwaites, I'm With Stupid, Where the Heart Is, Between the Sheets, Emmerdale, Happy Valley, Doctors, 4 O'Clock Club and Hollyoaks.

She is married to Julian Kay who was the first actor to play Robert Preston.
