John Keogh appeared on Coronation Street in July 1970 as Doctor Owen, who diagnosed Susan Barlow with acute appendicitis.
His only other known on-screen credits were for Granada Television in A Family at War and the 1971 film Private Road.
On stage, he appeared in a 1960 production of Every Man in His Humour for Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop.
