John Kelly (born 1904 in Ireland, died 19th May 1977 in Monkstown, County Dublin, Ireland) appeared on Coronation Street between June and August 1961 as pensioner Michael Courtenay.
His long list of credits, dating back to the 1940s, include television roles in BBC Sunday-Night Theatre, Armchair Theatre, Emergency-Ward 10, Scotland Yard, Harpers West One and Z Cars.
On the big screen, he appeared in Another Shore, Murder in the Cathedral, The Black Knight, I've Gotta Horse, Where's Jack?, Chisum and Conflict.
