Jacob Lee Roberts (born 29th June 1990 in Salford) has appeared in Coronation Street as DC Kit Green since May 2024.
He wanted to become an actor after watching a live Indiana Jones show while on holiday in Florida as an eight-year old. As a child, he trained under David Johnson at the Oldham Theatre Workshop but his first job at the age of 16 as an apprentice joiner. He then worked with disabled children at Camp America before going back into construction, whilst also acting whenever he could obtain parts, including the stage show Borstal Boy and the film Cara.
From 2017 to 2023 he appeared in Hollyoaks as Damon Kinsella.
