Jack Fisher appeared on Coronation Street in January 2002 as the vicar who officiated at the funeral of Dennis Stringer held at St. Mary's Church.
He also directed a performance of the musical Stepping Out for the St Catherine's Hospice Charity Players of Preston in the same year.
