Ian Puleston-Davies (born 6th September 1958 in Flint, Wales) is an actor who has starred in long-running dramas such as Holby City, The Bill, Hollyoaks, Brookside and Waterloo Road and made an impact in the BBC mini-series Conviction (2004). Puleston-Davies played the role of builder Owen Armstrong in Coronation Street from June 2010 to April 2015.
A sufferer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Ian used his experiences to co-write the 2004 television drama Dirty Filthy Love. For younger viewers, he has voiced King Thistle in Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom since 2009.
