Harvey Virdi (born in Nairobi, Kenya) appeared on Coronation Street between July and November 2008 as Nina Mandal.
The family moved to London while she was still a baby, and she went on to train at the Academy Drama School in the capital.
Best known for her role of Misbah Maalik in Hollyoaks since 2017, her other television credits include roles in The Bill, Staying Alive, Casualty, Baddiel's Syndrome, Doctors, Murphy's Law, Holby City, Britz, The Jury, Little Crackers, Citizen Khan, The Kumars, Class Dismissed, The Windsors, Lucky Man, Not Going Out and for the younger viewer, Boohbah.
