Guy Warburton appeared on Coronation Street in February 2002 as Paul an estate agent with Ellis Cooke appointed to lease 14a Victoria Street, owned by the late Duggie Ferguson. He returned to the role in September 2013, when Stella Price decided to put the Rovers on the market, then again in December 2016, when Roy Cropper opted to sell Roy's Rolls and the accompanying flat, and finally in February 2017, to show Adam Barlow and Todd Grimshaw around 10 Victoria Street which they intended to use to set up Barlow Legal Services.
His other credits include roles in This is India, Emmerdale and Blue Murder, while on stage he has appeared in productions of Bottle Busters, Romeo and Juliet, The Wind in the Willows, A Christmas Carol, The Canterville Ghost, Macbeth, The Wizard of Oz and The Three Musketeers.
