Greg Wood (born 21st August 1979 in Manchester) has appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly as Phil Crane, a sleazy customer drinking in the Weatherfield Arms in July 2003 (credited under his real name "Greg Milburn"); and he returned to the programme between November 2009 and February 2010 as loan shark Rick Neelan, making return stints in 2012, 2019 and as a hallucination in 2022.
He is best known for playing Trevor Royle in Hollyoaks between 2013 and 2016 after making his television debut on the soap, as a different character, in 2000. He also played Terry 'Psycho' Gibson in Brookside between 2002 and 2003.
He has also been credited for minor roles in Islands at War, The Courtroom, Emmerdale, Anatomy of a Crime and Casualty 1907.
He is the brother of actor Matt Milburn, who played Tommy Orpington sporadically between October 2016 and December 2023. The pair's relationship was hinted on-screen in Episode 9747 (17th April 2019) when Greg's character Rick pinned Gary Windass against a calendar of Matt's character Tommy.
