Geoffrey Alexander (born 2nd January 1921 on the Wirral, died 15th June 1989 in Toronto, Canada) appeared on Coronation Street in October 1963 as a Doctor who attended Ena Sharples.
He began his television career for the BBC in the late 1940s from Alexandra Palace, working for some twenty years as an actor in both the UK and Canada. His other credits include CBC Summer Theatre, Encounter, The Man Born to Be King, Z Cars, Emergency-Ward 10, Harpers West One, The Plane Makers, The Avengers, Maigret, Crane, The Indian Tales of Rudyard Kipling, The Villains, The Man in Room 17 , 199 Park Lane, No Hiding Place, Out of the Unknown, Crossroad, Softly Softly, Adam Adamant Lives!, Quick Before They Catch Us, The Wednesday Play and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
