Gabrielle Reid was the French-Canadian estranged wife of Stephen Reid.

Nick Tilsley and Leanne Battersby returned to Weatherfield following a short holiday to visit Stephen in Canada during February 1999. On instructions from Stephen, Nick rounded up Audrey, Gail and Martin to reveal that Stephen was planning to marry Gabrielle whom he had met a month earlier. Audrey and Gail attended the wedding in Canada that weekend.

The Reids relocated to Milan in 2007 and were joined by Stephen's niece Sarah and her daughter Bethany in December.

Gabrielle and Stephen had separated by 2022. She arrived in Weatherfield in September to demand the return of €200,000 that Stephen had embezzled from her company.
