Gabrielle Glaister was born 27th July 1960 in Moreton-in-Marsh. She initially appeared on Coronation Street as Debs Brownlow, sister of Natalie Barnes between February and November 2000. Twenty-two years later, she returned to the programme as Fern Lindon between August and November 2022.
She has made many TV appearances including as Patricia Farnham in Brookside, Trish Wallace in Family Affairs and driver "Bob" Parkhurst in Blackadder. Other roles include Grange Hill, Law & Order: UK, New Tricks, The Dumping Ground, Upstart Crow, Sherlock, Unforgotten, Emmerdale, Dark Money and Doctors.
