The Furniture Shop is a building unit situated in one of the Viaduct Street archways.
A former bodyshop for Webster's Autocentre, in July 2019, Kevin allowed his former partner’s son Gary Windass to store furniture on the site. At a later point Gary opened up an antiques shop from within the building, hiring Fiz Stape as a saleswoman.
In February 2020, Ray Crosby blackmailed Kevin into selling both the garage and the archway to him after threatening to report him for giving Abi Franklin a fake alibi after she set fire to his car.
