Albert Frank Mills (born 11th April 1927 in Peckham, London, died 11th February 2021 in Essex) played two roles in Coronation Street - Mission Circuit superintendent Ivor Mortlake in April 1976 for one episode, then nineteen years later the regular part of Billy Williams, Betty's husband, from May 1995 until February 1997.
