Flat 4, Weatherfield Precinct is a maisonette flat housed above the Gregory Pope Foundation charity shop and Bargainanza pawnbrokers at the Weatherfield Precinct.

The flat is accessed from the front via an internal stairwell, and from the back via a balcony area overlooking the playground in the centre of the precinct development.

In August 2023, Evelyn Plummer moved her daughter Cassie into the flat after returning from her friend James' residence, where she forced Cassie to go cold turkey from her drug addiction before she could meet her estranged son Tyrone. An impatient Cassie imposed herself on Tyrone after watching her granddaughters Hope and Ruby in a Little Big Shotz performance at the Viaduct Bistro, and later that evening he forced Evelyn to move into the flat with Cassie. Wanting to help Cassie get help for her addiction, Tyrone welcomed the pair into No. 9 Coronation Street, though after finding Cassie overdosing on Back Pollard Street, decided that it was best that she wasn't around his children. After a further disagreement with Tyrone, Evelyn was once again asked to return to the precinct flat, swapping places with Cassie who moved back into No. 9.
