Flat 3, 9 Cheapstow Road was a flat occupied by Gavin Rodwell and his friend Andy Carver. The address was shown when Andy was looking through Gavin's post and had a lot of final demand letters. The flat is located in Weatherfield and has the postcode M10 9AV.
Following Gavin's death in March 2015, Andy was forced to move out as his name wasn't on the tenancy.
