Flat 2, 59 Gable Street was the residence of a punter who was a customer of drugs boss Harvey Gaskell. In March 2021, Leanne Battersby had to deliver a consignment to the rundown and unkempt address in Gable Street after she was forced to work for Harvey to protect her son Simon Barlow from his threats. The man accepted and paid for the goods but when he made it clear to Leanne that he wanted far more from her, she had to threaten him with Harvey's retribution to get safely away from the premises.
