William James Roache (born 29th December 1985) is the son of actor William Roache who plays Ken Barlow and his deceased wife Sara. In September 2010, he appeared as Ken's long-lost grandson James Cunningham, alongside his half-brother Linus Roache who played his father Lawrence. After a week's stint, he returned in the role for three months between April and July 2011.
In the BBC Drama The Road to Coronation Street shown in 2010, James played a younger version of his father Bill when Tony Warren attempted to bring Coronation Street to television.
In 2001 he appeared alongside his family in the documentary Ken and Me.
Other television roles he has been in include Four Seasons and Cold Blood.
