Plot[]

Part One: Although concerned, Amy tells Summer it's up to her what she eats. Summer assures her that they're for Billy 's soup kitchen. The two girls' friendship restored, Amy asks for help with her university personal statement and insists they work on it now at Roy's Rolls. Summer looks forlornly at the sweet goods as they leave the flat. Zeedan refuses to be drawn on the family fall-out, causing Marrium to be offended and assert that it's time they called it a day. PC Mills takes down Joseph's details and begins a search of the house. Shona asks Rita round for a cup of tea where Brian tells her about Jenny's ultimatum and that consequently Shona is to be her assistant while he and Cathy are in Cornwall. Rita looks dubious at the idea. The search for Joseph is extended. Tim gives Aggie the flowers as a thank-you. As he asked to come through the back door, she realises he's still in denial and not telling Sally. She extracts a promise from him that he'll be truthful with his wife. Chesney grows tense with Gemma and Bernie and goes out to join the search. Zeedan tells Alya that it's time they told Marrium the truth about the money laundering or he'll lose her for good. Alya warns him he's in danger of losing his family instead. The police finds Joseph's jumper in between Crimea Street and Trafalgar Street.

Part Two: Gemma feels guilty that Joseph took his jumper off as he hated it so much and she refused to listen to him. Tim returns home without the flowers and wants to go straight to bed as he's tired. Sally's convinced he's hiding something. Rita gives an enthusiastic Shona her list of instructions. Rita grows happier at the idea. A worried Bernie turns to Dev for assurance. Chesney sets up a Whatsapp group for the searchers. He struggles to keep his composure. Zeedan lies to Marrium that he doesn't love her, and he only got back together with her for her money. Although she doesn't believe him, she leaves him. Summer starts to gorge on her chocolate stash. Zeedan watches sadly as Marrium leaves in a taxi. Alya assures him he's done the right thing. Fiz provides Chesney with a torch for the search. She paints a rosy picture for Hope and lets her have some crisps. Chesney begins a search of the Viaduct Street arches. In No.9's loft, Hope gives the crisps to a hidden Joseph.
