Plot[]

Part One: Zeedan denies stealing anything but only taking what was owed to him after working unpaid in Hashim's restaurant. Hashim guesses that Yasmeen knows nothing about what her grandson did and demands the £50,000 by the end of the day or she gets told everything. Tez pretends to Kevin that he caught sight of Abi a few weeks ago but didn't speak to her. Saying he has a daughter to bring up, he begs Kevin to delete the photos as he can't go back to jail. The food van has sold out and Alya is unmoved by Debbie's frantic threats. Fearing a council fine if Debbie complains, Zeedan thinks they should give up. Summer does her best to teach Max about atomic structure. When she uses a football analogy, he suddenly takes an interest and David watches on with satisfaction. Impressed by James's idea, Aggie and Michael suggest he should put himself forward for management coaching. Jenny has to put Ronnie off from joining the beer tasting. Billy persuades Summer to sign up for a litter picking event that evening. In order to spend time with her, Aadi reluctantly agrees to join in. Tim encourages Kevin to think positively when he returns no further forward. As Zeedan tries to arrange a short-term loan, a pleased Yasmeen hears from Alya that he managed avoiding a confrontation with Debbie.

Part Two: Yasmeen sends Debbie off with a flea in her ear when she comes round to complain about the van. A happy James gets an agreement from County for him to study for his coaching badges whilst continuing to play. A grateful David asks Summer for more help with Max. Hashim continues to put the pressure on Zeedan, agreeing to write off the debt provided he can launder illicit money through Speed Daal's books. Kevin rings Abi and leaves a long heartfelt message about how much he misses her, not knowing that she is at that moment listening to his words with guilt etched on her face. Leo joins Jenny and Daisy to sample the beers, but Daisy shows little interest, claiming she's tired and wants her bed. Leo leaves and Jenny is frustrated at her failure. Yasmeen is pleased with the way things are going. Zeedan takes a call from Hashim and, not wanting to upset his gran again, agrees to the blackmail.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this episode was made with social distancing rules being observed by both cast and production crew. Exceptions were occasionally made for instances in which characters were required to be in close contact. These were made in accordance with the rules by employing measures such as more frequent testing and cast members bubbling up together prior to recording.
