Plot[]
Part One: Imran realises that Toyah sent the texts to Sabeen's head of chambers when he searches for his phone only to find it missing. Abi admits to Nina that she plans to kill Corey herself. She insists that it's the only way to get justice but Nina points out that it'll only turn Corey into a martyr. Nina gives Abi until tonight to give the gun back to whoever she got it from or she'll report her to the police. She keeps the notebook as evidence. As Dev books the chalet for him and Aadi, they're interrupted by Asha who is clearly upset. Johnny tells Carla that Beth's right, she doesn't need his help to run the factory and it's time he set off for pastures new. Knowing Harvey's appeal has been compromised, Peter and Toyah assure Simon he is no longer in danger. Peter convinces the others that Leanne doesn't need to know about the appeal. Dev invites Asha along to the chalet so she's not left on her own but she doesn't fancy it. Imran swears to Toyah that he didn't sleep with Sabeen. Toyah calls him weak and tells him she's lost her respect for him. She declares that when Elsie goes, she wants him gone as well.
Part Two: Imran asks Toyah to forgive him like she has Leanne and Ali in the past. Toyah sees through his attempt to use her good nature against her and holds firm. Sabeen visits Harvey and tells him that he'll need to seek a fresh appeal with a new barrister. She makes him aware that it he has Leanne's sister Toyah to blame. Aadi is gutted when Dev compromises by booking a hotel instead of the chalet. He thinks Dev is favouring Asha yet again. Nina realises that she has no right to take away Abi's choice as a bereaved mother and returns the notebook. She tells Abi that she trusts her not to go through with it but Abi insists that she's going to pull the trigger and spit on Corey's corpse. Roy witnesses but doesn't hear the exchange. In his prison cell, a furious Harvey vows to have his revenge on the Battersby sisters.
