The Estate Agent showed Marcus Dent round a show home on a new development where he and Maria Connor were thinking of buying a house. A plotting Todd Grimshaw knew that Maria couldn't make the appointment and turned up himself part-way through the visit, pretending to be Marcus's boyfriend and asking the agent if they could look round by themselves. She left them to it and it wasn't long before the two men were naked, nor was it long after that that Maria with Audrey Roberts entered the house on cue and caught the two of them together - just as Todd had planned.
