The unnamed Estate Agent came to give both No.4 and 13 Coronation Street a valuation when the Websters and the Peacocks agreed to a house-swap in May 2008. Despite both Sally Webster and Claire Peacock trying to influence the estate agent's decision by pointing out the "selling features" of their respective homes, he gave valuation figures of £123,000 for No.4 and £98,000 for No.13. Sally and Kevin agreed to pay the £25,000 difference to the Peacocks - which was significantly less than the Websters had anticipated.
