Plot[]
Nick and Michael's confrontation is interrupted by Steph, who needs Nick at the bistro. Anna demands to know what's upset Faye. Before Faye can stop her, Anna checks her phone and finds out what the girls at school have been saying about her. Nick is annoyed when Steph tries to advise him about Leanne and tells her to mind her own business. Dennis gives Rita flowers and arranges to meet her later. Norris is surprised she didn't mention his scheme with Julie. She wants to get the truth out of Julie first. Anna thinks Craig has been spreading lies about Faye and accuses him in front of Beth. The bistro is short-staffed as Nick has fired a waitress who didn't turn up to work. He insists Steph works her night off or she's fired. Julie breaks down under Rita's questioning. She encourages Rita to forgive Dennis as he meant well. Rita is furious and tells Dennis to stay away from her. He accuses her of overreacting but she calls him a liar and a fool. Nick cools and apologises to Steph. Julie offers to let Dennis move back into No.12 but he plans to move away from Weatherfield as he feels Rita's decision is final. Anna wants to complain to the school but Faye and Tim advise her against it. Michael and Gail spend the day in the garden at No.8 with a bottle of wine. She invites him to put his arm around her. Nick is angry to see them kissing and sets upon the ice cream van, kicking the wing mirror and smashing a side window.
