Plot
Ena sends Effie off to the Social Security. Len advises Maggie not to turn Gordon into a mother's boy. Val worries about meeting some of Ken's friends. Maggie tells him she only wants him as a friend. Val and 'Kenny' go to the Hepworth's party. Gordon sits his exams on Merchantile Law. Reverend James asks Emily to help produce a children's panto for Christmas. Val finds herself being sexually insulted at the party and is disgusted to find three babies crying in a bedroom.
