Plot[]
Christian offers to bring his kids over to meet Hayley right away. Hayley knows he's using them as a bribe but lets him do so anyway. Peter tells Tina the kiss shouldn't have happened and asks her not to tell Carla and put it behind her. She wants to know why it happened but he isn't prepared to talk about it further. Roy is furious when Hayley tells him Christian wants money. Kylie tells Audrey she hates that David gave her a proper family and then ruined it. Overhearing, David is moved to tears. Christian brings Maisie and Sam to the cafe, telling them Hayley is a special friend. Hayley is thrilled to meet them while Roy shows them his train set. Christian turns nasty when Hayley suggests he isn't being truthful about his debts. He tells her that he's giving her a chance to make amends and reminds her that she's never been a part of his life. Worried about Hayley, Fiz and Chesney see Roy. Hayley gives Christian a cheque for the £5,000 and he leaves with the kids. Tina gives Beth cheek when she gossips that Peter and Carla won't last long. Liz sends her home. Hayley knows that Roy and Fiz disapprove of her helping Christian but she is glad to have had a chance to meet her grandchildren and has no regrets. Roy calls Christian a scoundrel and a blackmailer. Tina sees Peter and Carla off as they leave for their honeymoon.
