Plot[]
Roy tells Hayley that he's investigating on the web other people who have reached her decision in order to understand better where she's coming from. She tells him it's a waste of time as no one else is her and therefore can see things from her unique standpoint. Tina is getting increasingly annoyed with having David as a houseguest and with the lack of contact from Tommy. She offers to take Simon to school to take the pressure off a harassed Peter who has to have a fitting for his wedding suit. Roy finds nothing on the web that makes him change his mind. Tina tells David he has no chance of winning Kylie back unless he bucks up his ideas and finds a job. Peter encourages an apprehensive Simon to play with Grace and Faye. Roy and Hayley attend Jane's funeral but Hayley is upset at the gap between her and Roy. Grace stirs things up between Owen and Faye, telling her not to listen to him as he's just her adoptive mum's boyfriend. Eileen gets annoyed with Todd for failing to get a job. Sean suggests to Eileen that she get him a job at the cab office. Simon steals chocolate from the corner shop, under pressure from Grace, but is spotted by Dev. He gives chase but fails to catch Simon. At Jane's wake, Roy and Hayley are distressed to see that her sons are upset over their mother's confusion in her final days when she was heavily sedated. Mary tells Leanne about Simon's theft. Roy finds out that Jeff lied to Jane about his religious beliefs for her sake. Roy is troubled about the revelation. Peter tells Dev that Simon has been going through a tough time and asks him not to call the police. Dev agrees. Hayley asks Roy to support her decision.
