Plot[]
Rosie convinces Sally that Jeff tried it on with her. Jeff protests his innocence but Sally believes her daughter and furiously tells him to leave. Fiz tells Chesney that her solicitor has advised her to plead guilty to murder in order to get a more lenient sentence. Chesney's horrified at the idea of Fiz admitting to something she didn't do. Sophie feels guilty and tells Sally that Jeff's entirely innocent and that it was all a cunning plan on Rosie's part to split them up in the hope she'd get back with Kevin. When Rosie continues to lie and tells Jason how Jeff made a pass at her, Jason threatens to go round and beat him up. However, Sally arrives and soon puts him straight. Jason tells Rosie that she's insane. Sally apologises to Jeff and tells Rosie that it's time she grew up and she's no longer welcome at No.4. Paul calls at No.11 and explains to Eileen that since Lesley contracted Alzheimer's, his marriage has been all but over in name. Eileen feels sorry for him but insists they end their relationship as he's still a married man. Amber and Sophie hit the town. Amber spikes Sophie's drinks and when a lad tries to chat Sophie up, Amber kisses her and pretends that Sophie's her girlfriend to get rid of him. Sophie's secretly thrilled. As Jason and Rosie head home from the Rovers, Jason wishes Chesney good luck at Fiz's court case. Unbeknown to them, a dishevelled John Stape watches from his car.
