Plot[]

Part One: Eileen isn't happy that Chris is still bedding down on her sofa. Jason promises to sort it. Stella's still upset about Leanne and tells Karl and Eva that maybe she was wrong to think they could ever build bridges. Eva's pleased. Julie frets about her date with Brian. Eileen, Marcus and Sean offer her very differing advice. Chris's radiotherapy treatment starts next week after an initial pre-appointment today. Cheryl's concerned when Jason tells Chris that he needs to find somewhere else to live. Audrey tells David that Monday was clearly a shambles, and she's booked him on a residential management course. Kylie's put out that she's not going on it too. Leanne is puzzled not to have heard from Stella. Kylie tries to get round Audrey by offering other services in the salon but has to admit that she's not certified for any of them. Frank and Carla arrive back from Rome all loved-up. In a bid to try to bury the hatchet, Lloyd offers to take Chris to his hospital appointment and Lloyd lies that he has a pick up at the hospital anyway. Karl has a go at Leanne for upsetting Stella by ignoring her birthday, leaving her totally confused.

Part Two: Waiting with Lloyd, Chris realises he had no pick-up. Carla finds Sally has everything under control and is happy to put off going back to work for another day. Leanne is livid about Stella. Peter advises her to get it sorted. Chris and Lloyd arrive back from the hospital. Russ can see that Chris doesn't look well but Chris makes light of it, blaming it on Lloyd's driving. Leanne confronts Stella and it's soon clear that Eva never passed the card on. Cheryl realises how scared Chris is. Maria is put out that she's not involved with Chris's treatment. Julie gets dolled-up for her date. To boost her confidence, Sean and Marcus ply her with booze. Cheryl is scared by Chris's vulnerability. She suggests to Lloyd that Chris should move in with them. Brian arrives and tells Julie that she looks good enough to eat. Lloyd refuses Cheryl's proposal. She's furious over his selfish attitude.
