Plot[]

Part One: A depressed Steve is hung-over as he wakes up in the public. Chesney visits Fiz to say that Hope is with Katy and the police have let them back into No.5. Fiz is due in court on the fraud charge alone. She assures her brother that she had nothing to do with Colin's death. Grishma and Upma ask Dev about his empire of shops and he tells them that he now only has the corner shop and the takeaway. Sunita horrifies the aunties further by telling them that she and Dev are divorced. Maria and Kirk tell Chesney they will go with him to court to support him and Fiz. Dev and Sunita walk out on the aunties when they upbraid them. Grishma and Upma hatch a plan to find Sunita a more suitable and successful man. Carla and Frank explain to Sean, Sally and Julie that the factory is closed until further notice. Norris and Mary also attend court where Fiz pleads guilty. Xin's packing the last of her things. Tina suggests they have a last meal at the Royal Panda. Fiz is committed for sentence at Crown Court and the barristers present their cases for and against bail. Chesney fears the worst.

Part Two: Fiz is granted bail. Graeme is sullen as Xin and Tina say goodbye. Fiz arrives home and is thrilled to see baby Hope again. Sally doorsteps Fiz, blaming her for ever bringing John Stape into their lives. Kevin pulls her away. Tracy suggests to Steve that they draft their own custody document regarding Amy to avoid dragging it through the courts. Steve agrees. Kevin assures Sally that John won't be coming back for Rosie. Xin rings a cab. Graeme suddenly says that he doesn't want her to leave. Sunita realises her aunties' game and is embarrassed when they suggest Steve would be a better alternative and chat him up on her behalf. She storms off in disgust. Xin tells Graeme that she loves him, but he has to choose between her and Tina. She gives him 24 hours to decide. Fiz worries about her forthcoming case, aware that if she's found guilty, she might not see baby Hope for years.
