Plot[]
Part One: Tyrone comes downstairs and wakens hung-over Julie, who is lying in a state of disarray on his settee. Sunita tells a questioning Eileen that the corner shop won't reopen until Owen finishes the repairs. Eileen suggests that she could hurry Owen along by mentioning his dodgy bookkeeping and unpaid VAT bills. Confused and embarrassed about what might have happened, Julie leaves No.9 and is spotted by Eileen. Dev enquires about putting his other shops on sale. Steve's in a quandary about his winnings. Becky's oblivious to his turmoil. Gail welcomes David back home from Tenerife. Owen demands payment from Dev. Sunita loses her temper with his rudeness, accusing Owen of being insensitive to their situation and implying that he could easily complete the work by massaging his figures like he usually does. Owen realises that Eileen's blabbed and threatens her with slander. Julie's worried that she slept with Tyrone, having awoken not wearing her bra. Sean and Izzy try to help her remember what happened. Tyrone hands her her washing back without further comment. Eddie and Anna see Faye off and suggest a trip to Alton Towers next time. Faye's underwhelmed until Gary happens by and asks to join them. Anna's grateful. Steve tells Lloyd that he has to give Dev the money. Lloyd's disgusted with Becky for looting from friends. Steve argues it was for Max's sake. Lloyd's contempt is plain. Owen confronts Eileen for bad-mouthing him. She orders him to back off, warning that she still has documents about him. Owen seethes.
Part Two: Julie stresses about Tyrone. Dev tells a guilt-ridden Steve that Owen has downed tools on him. Owen finds out that No.11 will be empty for the night. Gary tells his parents to be less eager to make sure that Faye is happy. He confides in Izzy that he's worried they might mess up the adoption. Owen pinches Jason's keys to let himself into No.11 to retrieve the incriminating paperwork. David tells Gail and Audrey that he's fallen for a cage dancer called "Candy" that he met on holiday. Sean warns Jason not to be too trusting of Owen. His boss returns to the pub and slips the keys back into Jason's pocket. Julie calls at No.9 and Tyrone returns her bra, revealing she took it off to dance more freely by herself. He confirms they slept separately. Julie's offended when Tyrone's rude. When the coast in clear, Steve surreptitiously posts an envelope full of money through No.7's letter box.
