Plot[]
Part One: Gail asks David if she can accompany him to court but David refuses to let her as she doesn't fully believe he didn't intend to kill Graeme. Jason calls back at No.4 to continue the decorating. Chris pushes a reluctant Cheryl into agreeing that he can take Russ to a football match at the weekend. Maria is taken with Chris when he helps her with some dropped shopping. Jason's puzzled when Rosie fails to acknowledge yesterday's passionate interlude. Kylie tricks Becky into offering to take care of Max while she holidays in Ayia Napa. Graeme's starting to return to his normal self. Kylie proves to be as useless as ever in Roy's Rolls. She asks Steve for £100 for holiday spending money but he refuses. Audrey calls to take David to his court hearing. Liz watches on as Chris flirts with Maria in the cafe. Kylie secretly helps herself to the money from the till. Despite not seeing this, Roy has to give her a final warning. Preparing for her holiday, she's unconcerned.
Part Two: Graeme ponders whether David might not have intended to kill him but Tina's convinced it was a deliberate act. Chris and Maria bump into each other again. Lloyd isn't pleased to see them together. Dev shouts abuse at David as he drives off. Roy reports the theft of £100 to Steve and Becky. Becky searches for Kylie but finds she's gone on holiday without a word, leaving them with Max. Tina turns up to watch the hearing. Chris calls into the salon for a haircut and invites Maria for a drink. She accepts. Rosie's annoyed when Jason still wants paying for his work on the kitchen, feeling the money he earned from the modelling should cover the cost. Becky finds a note that Kylie's left, saying she's sorry. As David's case is called, he feels unsteady on his feet. Audrey's concerned about him as he suddenly slumps to the floor, unconscious.
