Plot[]
Part One: As David's car is towed away. Ashley confronts him, angry at what he did for Graeme. The police arrive to take Ashley's statement. David's struggling to make sense of what happened before the accident. Tina sits by an unconscious Graeme's bedside. He remains critical though stable. Kylie's hung-over and skives off work while Becky looks after Max. Rosie asks Owen to give a quote for the kitchen and dresses scantily to try and secure a low price. Sophie and Sian start at their new college. Nick's impressed by Leanne's energy as she continues to make preparations for The Joinery's opening. Yvonne Casey pays a visit and waxes lyrical about her new life in Brittany. Claire's delighted to receive an offer for No.13. Claire's stunned when Yvonne reveals she wants her and Ashley to join her in her new B&B venture. The police arrive at the hospital to interview Tina.
Part Two: David pretends to be Graeme's brother when he rings the hospital for an update. He tells Gail his memory of the crash is a total blur but he knows he did not intend to harm Graeme. Gail believes him, even though he won't tell her the reason behind the fight in the Rovers. Tina explains to the police how she told Graeme about David trying to force himself on her which then caused the fight. Sent by Owen, Jason turns up at No.4 to examine the fire damage. Dev tells Gail and Audrey about the ferocity of David and Graeme's fight in the pub. Rosie grudgingly agrees to let Jason take on the repairs, and easily gets outwitted regarding the cost. Nick and Leanne ask a thrilled Ciaran if he's interested in the chef's job. Leanne thanks Peter for being supportive of her working with Nick. Kylie rolls into work late. Becky's furious to discover that she lied about having the morning off. Kylie refuses to apologise to Roy and he sacks her. Becky fumes. Nick tells a perturbed Carla that if she doesn't pay him £130,000 for his shares in the factory, he will find her a new partner. Gail and Audrey confront David, and he confesses all, saying that Graeme thinks he intended to rape Tina. The conversation is interrupted by the police who arrest him for attempted murder.
