Plot[]

Part One: Gary and Kylie wake in the motorhome parked under some arches. Gary thinks they should return it quickly but Kylie's in no rush. Becky's in a panic to find that Kylie's not been home all night, as it's the day of her court case for custody of Max. The Alahan's enjoy returning to normality. Ashley asks Claire to reconsider her decision to leave the area but she's resolute. Gary and Kylie return and abandon the motorhome on Viaduct Street. Kylie invites herself back to No.6. Gary feels awkward when they bump into Izzy and Kylie blabs that they spent the night together. Katy decides to skip school to help Chesney on the market. Chesney's chuffed. Mary has spent the night at No.3. She and Norris are relieved to see that the motorhome has been returned. Becky's furious that Kylie's not back and is putting her future with Max in jeopardy. Avoiding her and Liz, Kylie pushes her way into No.6 with another bottle of vodka.

Part Two: Anna isn't pleased to find Kylie in her house but delighted when Quinny calls on Gary. Anna takes a photo of them together and gets emotional. Meeting Aadi in the street, Simon gives him his games console to play with as an apology. Dev and Peter are chastened. Mary's in tears when she finds that someone has slept in her bed. Gary and Quinny make a pact to notify the other's family should they die in Afghanistan. Katy impresses Chesney with her quick grasp of his sales patter. Becky thinks her sister has blown her chances. In No.6, Kylie gets drunk. Katy informs Chesney that she and Owen are moving into the builder's yard flat at the weekend and how their mum abandoned her and Izzy. Pam warns Molly not to bury her head in the sand regarding baby Jack's father but Molly insists he's Tyrone's child. Claire thinks of moving to Birmingham or Scotland. Sunita calls at No.13 to apologise. Claire frostily informs her that she's decided to move away to escape the prejudice of her so-called friends. Sunita's upset. Liz and Steve try to calm Becky but she refuses to allow Max to be brought up by foster carers when he should be with his family. They are stunned when Becky decides to go to court and pose as Kylie.

The shots of the parked motorhome were recorded on Beaufort Street and Collier Street in Castlefield with the vehicle positioned in two different places between shots.
A customer at Weatherfield Market is uncredited although he has lines of dialogue.
TV Times synopsis: Kylie disappears on the day of her court hearing; the Alahan's accusations leave Claire feeling alienated; and Gary has a heart-to-heart with Quinny about their stint in Afghanistan.
