Plot[]
Part One: Jason tells Eileen that Tina's dumped him. Ciaran asks Michelle to co-host the speed dating evening in the Rovers, whilst flirting with her. Fiz demands that John sorts out the mess that they're in. An angry Jason collects his belongings from No.12 and begrudgingly agrees that Tina can stay in the flat while it's on the market. Kirk buys a ticket for the speed-dating. Jason suspects that Tina has dumped him for Nick and confronts him. Ciaran intervenes to stop a fight. Fiz is shocked when Charlotte calls at No.5. Chesney is alarmed to see his old teacher in the house. Graeme buys a ticket for the speed dating and tells Ashley that love is in the air. Charlotte tells Fiz that she wants to be friends and John's secret is safe with her. He arrives home and is told by his eccentric colleague that she and his wife are now best friends. After she's gone, Fiz chides John that their lives are now in the hands of a lunatic. Tina calls into the butchers and tells Graeme she's finished with Jason, suggesting he pops round later.
Part Two: The pub is getting full for the speed dating night. John assures Fiz there's nothing between him and Charlotte. She insists that he's got to give up teaching and eradicate all trace of his false identity as it's the only way. John's thinks she's overreacting. Eileen calls on Tina and gives her a piece of her mind, tells her to stay away from Jason. Ciaran gets the night under way with his patter and the chemistry between him and Michelle is obvious. Graeme finds Tina is upset after Eileen's visit and stays to listen to her woes. Leanne brings Cheryl into the pub where she sees Lloyd taking part in the speed dating. Michelle's upset when she sees Ciaran in the yard kissing a customer called Ruth. Cheryl apologises to Lloyd for not being totally honest with him and they make up. Tina pours her heart out to Graeme. He surreptitiously glances at his watch knowing that he's missing the speed dating. She demands to know what's going on and they row when she calls him selfish, He shouts back about all he's done for her. She suddenly grabs him and kisses him on the mouth. Graeme's stunned.
