Plot[]
Part One: David storms into the Rovers and lays into Ken and Deirdre as they drink with Audrey and Lewis. Nick follows and confirms David's story about what Tracy's done. Ken and Deirdre are baffled by their daughter's actions while David badmouths Tracy in front of Amy until Liz stops him. Audrey gets her grandsons out before things get heated. David threatens the Barlows. Graeme's excited about his date with Rosie. Admitting he knows nothing about fashion, Roy gives Hayley some money and sends her to buy the salsa dress. Graeme calls on Tina with a kebab and chips for her but feels obliged to stay and comfort her as she's upset at the police for insisting she testifies in court. Fiz and Izzy try to buoy up Kirk's spirits. Rosie waits for Graeme in the pub. Lewis advises Nick and David to inform Gail's solicitor. Becky comforts Amy over what she heard. Lyn moves back into Gail's cell and finds out about Tracy's betrayal. Izzy badgers Carla in the street for not giving Kirk a fair chance at his interview. The Barlows ponder Tracy's motivation for getting involved in Gail's case. Deirdre thinks her daughter will do anything to get out of prison.
Part Two: The solicitor says Tracy being in prison herself may sway the jury towards Gail, but David thinks his mother has little chance against her lies. Graeme remains with Tina, knowing that he's missing his chance with Rosie. Taken into the Underworld office, Izzy's caught by surprise when Carla offers her the machinist's job. Gail rejects Lyn's offer to have Tracy beaten up. Rosie gets fed up of waiting and leaves. Izzy nervously tells Kirk that she's got the job. Drinking in Victoria Street, David spots a pile of bricks in a skip. Hayley's terse with Roy as the dress had been sold before she could buy it. He suggests she could make one herself. Graeme calls on Rosie, claiming he was mugged. She sees through the lie and slams the door in his face after he begs for another chance. David is about to throw the brick through the Barlows' front window but Graeme stops him and Peter sends him packing. Kirk's happy for Izzy. Carla turns up and offers Kirk some work as a temporary packer and delivery driver. Kirk and Izzy are thrilled. David informs Graeme that he's going to bribe someone to back up Gail's story.
