Plot[]
Part One: John waits impatiently for Chesney to leave the house and then sets off for his interview. Wanting him to be happy, Fiz wishes him luck despite her inner turmoil. Audrey's annoyed to find Rita working in The Kabin. As a nervous Norris watches on, they make bitchy comments to each other and a row ensues. Rita bans Audrey from the shop. Tyrone is excited as it's Molly's twenty-week scan later on. Kirk tells Graeme and Ashley he's met a girl he likes on a chatroom. She's called Izzy but he's panicking because she wants to see a photo of him. Graeme suggests he send one of someone else. John is taken in for the interview in the Rochdale school by Head of English Brian Packham. He masquerades as "Colin Fishwick" as he fakes his answers to questions to the Headmistress about Colin's CV. Natasha makes moon-eyes at Nick when he calls into the salon to see his gran. John gives Brian his fake identities and signs a consent for a CRB check.
Part Two: Molly and Tyrone go in for the scan. Sophie's gutted when Sian returns her friendship bracelet in the post. She's unable to bring herself to throw it in the bin. Tyrone's delighted to find out that the baby is a boy. Graeme is depressed when Natasha spurns his advances and makes a beeline for Nick in the street, offering to give him a free haircut. He accepts. Returning home, John tells Fiz he feels he did badly at the interview. Kirk thinks Jason would be the ideal person to photograph. Ryan follows an upset Sophie into the corner shop, telling her she's pathetic for following Sian to Southport. Sunita throws him out. On Kirk's behalf, Graeme pays Jason £5 to model his hat saying he wants to sell it on eBay. Jason puts the hat on and Graeme takes a couple of photos. Bill asks Kevin how he feels about seeing Molly's baby growing up in front of him but his son refuses to talk about it. The Head phones No.5 asking for "Colin Fishwick". Chesney gets to the phone first and tells her they've got the wrong number. With Chesney out of the way, John phones her back and is thrilled to discover he's got the job. Fiz hugs him and tries to conceal her dismay.
