Plot[]
Part One: Eddie dumps his mass of lager cans in the McIntyres' and the Websters' bins. Kevin tells Rosie and Sophie that Sally doesn't want any fuss being made and they are to act normal. He's appalled when Rosie asks if that means she can have her boob job. Joe and Kevin find the full bins. Kevin is furious. It's Ryan's 18th birthday. Michelle and Sian sing "Happy Birthday" to him over his cake. Joe shows Gail the life insurance policy he's thinking of taking out. Gail says the premiums are far too expensive and throws it in the bin. Jesse prepares for Aadi and Asha's birthday party. Sean pushes to let him join him. Hayley asks Carla why Sally is being treated differently to the other staff and is told to mind her own business. Claire helps Dev prepare for the party in his flat. Kevin threatens Eddie who hides what he's done from Anna. Janice, Kelly and Fiz are still furious that Carla's granting Sally a few days off work. She tells them to leave if they don't like it.
Part Two: Joe pulls the life insurance forms out of the bin and considers faking Gail's signature. Jesse and Sean arrive for the party. Sally prepares to leave for hospital. Sophie gives her a prayer book and Rosie gives her a celebrity magazine which contains a story about celebrity boob jobs. Sally pretends to be touched but Sophie tells her she's selfish. Jessie is annoyed with Sean for changing the act without telling him. The party is a huge success and Sunita's very impressed with Dev's work. Matt is jealous at the warmth between them. Kelly, Janice and Fiz watch as Sally puts her suitcase in the car. Convinced she's going on holiday they shout abuse in the street. Rosie's incensed. Tyrone and Molly discuss Tyrone's new job and their move to Chester. Rosie follows the factory girls into the Rovers. She tears a strip off Janice and Kelly for the horrible things they've said about Sally. Realising it's time to tell them the truth, Kevin comes in and announces that Sally's got breast cancer. The factory girls feel terrible. Tyrone's shocked to learn that Sally has cancer and Kevin never mentioned it. Molly realises why he ended their affair. The Webster family set off for the hospital.
