Plot

As the night draws to a close, the aftermath of Liam’s death reverberates along the Street. Maria arrives on the scene just after the "accident" and is overcome. The hen party comes to an end as Carla and Michelle hear Liam has been in an accident and arrive as he is being taken away to be pronounced dead.

A devastated Maria can’t believe Liam has been so cruelly taken from her before she even had chance to tell him about the baby. Carla, meanwhile, is also grief-stricken but knows she has to hide the depths of her feelings from Tony - unaware that he knows exactly what's been going on.

Elsewhere on the Cobbles, Tina and David are making themselves at home in Dev’s flat, thwarting Darryl and Amber’s plans. Amber hits upon an idea to get rid of them and pretends her dad is on his way home but the moment has passed.

Pam is astonished at Tyrone’s selling expertise and reckons the pair of them could make a fortune but Tyrone doesn’t want Molly to know what he is up to.

A worried Kevin pours his heart out on the phone to Sally. When Sophie walks in, he struggles to pull himself together.
