Plot[]
Becky is infuriated with Roy but agrees that Rick won't come up to the flat any more. Bill worries about the bats. Jason worries that Roy saw him last night. Lauren is trying to persuade Sean to go on holiday with her. Carla suspects Tony has seen the bats off somehow. Jerry reckons Darryl handing his notice in was just the beer talking. Liz christens the smoking shelter. Vernon isn't impressed and Steve tells Vernon not to say that in front of Harry. Darryl and David discuss prison and Mel reminds Darryl he handed his notice in. Liz tells Vernon she doesn't need him flippantly but then reflects on the words. Harry makes a joke about deliberate fires to Leanne. She is perturbed. The environmental inspector finds no bats but is convinced they were roosting there recently. Darryl psyches himself up to talk to Jerry about quitting but he chickens out. The foreman tells the builders they can carry on working. Roy is dumbfounded. Marcus tells Sean he can't take holiday before August. Sean says he can't wait that long and agrees to go with Lauren. Marcus isn't pleased. Working at the bookies, Leanne is unimpressed that she doesn't get a lunch hour. Michelle tells Ryan that she's going to meet Alex and invites him. He declines. Lauren teases Darryl, prompting him to actually go through with handing in his notice.
