Plot[]
David is getting ready for his court appearance not holding out much hope. Roy is still upset about the bats and the building work that is still going on. He is still upset with Becky too, over last night's incident. Ken tries to mediate but fails. Chesney turns up at the factory - Fiz has forgotten to give him enough money for dinner. Darryl is refusing to celebrate his birthday, upset that Lauren dumped him. Roy goes looking for Tony at the factory. At court, David refuses to use his solicitor and is determined to just admit to everything and get it over with. A foreman tells Tony there will have to be an inspection of the site. Roy and Becky get back on an even keel. Tony tries to persuade Jason to smoke the bats out before the inspection. As the hearing comes to an end, Gail stands ready for a fight.
