Plot[]

Nick explains to Ryan how he and Alex got muddled up at birth. Nick gives Ryan his address and drives off. Ryan's shaken to the core. Molly persuades Tyrone that it makes financial sense to let Paul carry on lodging at No.9. Paul's delighted. Michelle and Steve are preparing Ryan's birthday party when Ryan arrives back clearly agitated. He tells Michelle how Nick accosted him again and told him that he's his real father. Michelle's dumbstruck and Ryan realises something's up. Sean suggests names for his unborn son. Violet's annoyed with Lauren for mentioning the name-choosing to Sean. Michelle is forced to tell Ryan the truth he might not be her biological son. Ryan sets off for Nick's house distraught. Rosie and Sophie start fighting on the street. Rita separates them and gives them a stiff talking-to whilst Sally's too weary to intervene. Alex's birthday party is in full swing in the back garden. Ryan watches the proceedings and suddenly finds himself face to face with Alex. He realises with horror Alex is the spit of his "dad" Dean. Ryan runs home in turmoil. Maria's pleased Liam's done the wedding invitations. He assures her that he loves her and can't wait to get married. Michelle assures Ryan he'll always be her son and she'll always love him no matter what.
