Plot[]
Jerry and Darryl arrive home with an enormous Christmas tree. It's too big to fit through the door. Michelle looks through old family photographs of Dean and Ryan as a baby. She gets upset and Ryan wonders what's the matter. Jim calls round to collect Amy. He reads Vernon's wedding vows which are lying on the table and finds them amusing. Nick calls in the Rovers to talk to Michelle. He suggests Ryan should have a DNA test to prove who's son he is but Michelle refuses. Fiz asks Chesney to come for Christmas dinner but he refuses to leave Kirk and Schmeichel on their own. Sarah's working in the restaurant when a young guy called Ricky chats her up. He makes it clear he's got some Ecstasy pills if she's interested. Michelle tells Steve about Nick's visit. Steve reckons that she should go for the DNA test so at least she'll be sure that Ryan is her son. Sarah again suggests to Gail that David might be on drugs but Gail's disbelieving. When nobody's looking, Sarah pulls out the bag of Ecstasy pills she got from Ricky.
