Plot[]
Liam keeps watch on Tony's house. He sees Tony leave and then rings the bell but there's no reply. Liam gives up for the time being. Jamie tells Violet that he's spoken to the agency and the flat over The Kabin is now theirs. Violet confesses that she borrowed the deposit from Sean, not Lauren. Norris tells Doreen that he'd like to retract his marriage proposal. Doreen's offended. Maria admits to Michelle that she loves Liam but she's not sure he loves her. Steve takes Liz out for lunch at the Italian and reveals that Jim is out of prison. Liz is taken aback but Steve assures her that Jim's changed and promises to leave her alone. Doreen announces that she's changed her mind and has no intention of marrying anyone. George and Ivor are disappointed. Liam and Maria discuss the baby. It's clear that Liam isn't ready to commit to a full-time relationship and feeling disappointed, Maria suggests she has an abortion. Liam promises to support her in her decision. Liz and Steve return from lunch to find Jim on the street. Liz is unnerved.
