Plot[]
Liam arrives back from Ireland. The factory girls are delighted to have him back. Liam gives Maria a magnetic pen as a present. Fiz asks Kevin if Sally and John are ever on their own in the house. Kevin confirms that they are and is slightly concerned at her question. Liam's delighted to see Ozzy again as he's missed him. Lloyd takes Claire to a singles' night at a club in town. Lloyd cops off with a girl named Chantelle, but nobody takes any interest in Claire and she ends up drunk and dancing by herself. On Sally's instruction, Kevin goes to collect Claire. As she stumbles out of the club she tries to kiss him and Kevin's taken aback. Claire's mortified at what she's done. Violet and Jamie tell Sean and Marcus how they're back together and, with the baby, they're going to be one happy family. Sean's distraught realising that his chances of being a proper dad to the baby are diminishing by the second. Claire arrives home and Ashley - who's been babysitting - lets her in. Claire cries in his arms as she tells him about her miserable evening and how much she misses him. Ashley's shocked when Claire admits she tried to kiss Kevin. Sean leaves the Rovers in tears telling Marcus he just wants to be alone.

- TV Times synopsis: A devastated Sean flees from the pub when he learns of Violet and Jamie's reconciliation and their plans to bring up the baby together; and Claire makes a fool of herself after getting drunk at the singles night and later admits to Ashley that she still loves him.
