Notes
- The scenes of the just-fallen train and the accompanying rubble on the street were all achieved in the studio and not on location. The majority of these scenes were recorded in the studio session that produced Episodes 668 and Episode 669. During the same session the final moments of this episode were recorded to save having to recreate the train set-up for two weeks running and were probably directed by Michael Apted.
- Viewing Figures: First UK broadcast - 7,700,000 homes (3rd place).
Commercial releases
This episode was included on the 1967 disc of the Network DVD collection Coronation Street: The 1960s, released in 2006.
