Plot
Joanne starts back at the factory having won her appeal against deportation. Blanche's wake is in full-swing. She asks Jack, Emily and Norris to say a few words about her but she's shocked when they tell the truth and paint her as a bad-tempered old bag. Blanche resolves to mend her ways. Hayley's stressed-out with trying to run the factory. Sally enjoys making jibes at her. Leanne has a meeting with Luca the restaurant owner and explains she's buying the business on her own. Luca agrees to let her pay £30,000 upfront and the remaining £10,000 in instalments. When Vernon suggests to Steve that Michelle has dumped him, Steve locks him in the Rovers' cellar. Leanne tells Janice she's been offered escort work with better clients in London which will easily pay the £10,000 she needs to raise for the restaurant lease. Janice is horrified and begs Leanne not to return to her old ways. Sean's suspicious when he overhears Violet making an appointment but she quickly ends the call when she sees him. Blanche shocks Chesney, Norris and Leanne by being pleasant to them. However it's short-lived and she soon loses her temper with Amber. Janice follows Leanne to the coach station.
